Complaint 1 - borrowing books with cds.

Thanks for alerting the Library team to this problem. The procedures for borrowing books with cds appear to be different at Wagga and Bathurst. The Library team will investigate and decide on a consistent approach to requesting and borrowing books with cds.

Almost 12 months ago, the Bathurst library changed to putting the CDs into the back of the books and made the two items into one on your loan record. We don't have the staff time to go back to the resources from the 1990s and change every single CD, but we can change any CDs that are a problem. As soon as it comes to the attention of the library staff, the new processing begins.
