List your complaints and suggestions about the CSU libraries.
I feel that this approach is easier than putting a note in the suggestion box at Wagga Library.

Complaint 1:
When I request a book from another library that also contains a CD, I have to request the CD seperately. One problem is that I sometimes forget to request the CD. The other problem is that it is listed as two items on my card, but if I picked up the book in Wagga library, the CD is included with book and listed as one item. This becomes a problem when I have a large number of books out for study.
Solution: The library should automatically include the CD with the book for inter-library loans. Less items = less work.
